Your game and saved progress

The game stores progress, daily attempts, win/loss history, and preferences in this browser's local storage. These records stay on your device; the game does not currently provide player accounts or cloud save syncing. Clearing this site's browser data removes those records. You can download a backup in Game settings before clearing data and restore it later. A downloaded backup remains wherever you save it, including any backup or file-sync service you use.

Hosting and page delivery

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests to deliver it. Requests can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request times. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its processing practices. Game pages also request fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when those fonts load. See Google Fonts privacy information.

Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referral sources, and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free and does not use it to fingerprint visitors. These reports do not include your saved game, pitch choices, feedback text, or individual win/loss record. This setup does not identify returning players or measure game starts and completions. Counts can be incomplete when a browser blocks measurement. See Cloudflare Web Analytics information.

Advertising

The game integrates Google AdSense to support free play. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to personalize ads using visits to this website and other websites. Ad requests can involve online identifiers, your IP address, browser information, and interactions with ads. Ad availability depends on Google's approval, your choices, and other serving conditions.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's advertising information. Other advertising partners may process information under their own policies; an available consent message lists the relevant providers and choices.

Advertising code is restricted to the standalone historical articles. The daily game, strategy guide, reading index, feedback, privacy, and replay pages do not request ads. A visit to an article can still involve Google’s consent and advertising services even when no ad is filled.

Your advertising choices

You can manage personalized Google ads through Google My Ad Center and explore participating advertising companies' opt-out tools at YourAdChoices. These choices do not necessarily remove all ads. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; blocking site storage may prevent game progress from saving.

Where a consent message is displayed, use it to consent, decline, or manage advertising purposes and vendors. When available, the site's Privacy and cookie settings control lets you revisit that choice. Choosing not to consent does not require buying a subscription to play.

Player feedback

If you submit the feedback form, Cloudflare D1 stores your message, its bug-or-suggestion category, and any email address you choose to provide. We also include the game version, scenario, challenge date, and browser type. The game operator can read these private submissions in the private Cloudflare dashboard to investigate issues, consider ideas, and reply if appropriate. Your email is optional and is not published. No automatic email notifications are sent by this version. A daily hash of the network address is used to limit spam; old counters are removed during later submissions after two days and are kept separate from feedback. Submissions remain in the service until deleted by the operator or under the provider’s policies. Do not include sensitive information. You can use the feedback form for privacy questions or deletion requests; provide enough information to identify your earlier message.
